Expectations and Attitudes of Teacher Trainess Regarding Teacher Practice Program

The Teacher Trainees Practice Program (PPL) is a mandatory program for every student teacher. This activity aims to provide real experience for someone in carrying out their obligations related to the learning process. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The reason for choosing a qualitative approach is because this is related to the concept of the title and problems raised in the introduction which leads to the problems faced by students who carry out Teacher Trainees Practice Program (PPL) at one of the junior high schools in Deli Serdang. This research involved two english teacher trainees. In this research the researcher collected data using a semi-structured interview and documentation. So the researcher will give the questions based on a semi-structured interview for two teacher trainees then the researcher also records the answers for the informant. For analyzing the data, the researcher uses data reduction, data display, and drawing a conclusion.
